Presence of the Sadra Islamic Philosophy Research Institute in the International Book Fair with more than 200 Books

The Publication Center of the Sadra Islamic Philosophy Research Institute will participate in the 24th International Book Fair in Tehran with more than 200 books in the fields of philosophy, gnosis, and interpretation.

According to the Public Relations Office of the Institute, 9 of these books were published in 2010 and 3 others in 2011. These 12 books will be displayed for the first time in the 24th International Book Fair in Tehran.

From among the distinctive research works which will be presented for the first time in this event, reference can be made to the 8-volume collection of Mulla Sadra’s Interpretation of the Holy Qur’an published under the supervision of Professor Seyyed Mohammed Khamenei. The required research and edition work for this collection has been done by such distinguished professors as Muhsin Pishwa’i, Muhammed Khwajawi, and Muhsin Bidarfar. The other works also include the 2 volume collection of Mulla Sadra’s Philosophical Treatises, Risalah asrar al-ayat and Mutashabihat al-Qur’an, and a book entitled Role of the Trans-substantial Motion in the Formation of Human Identity by Maryam Dijwar.

The stall of the Sadra Islamic Philosophy Research Institute in the 24th International Book Fair of Tehran located in the main Auditorium of Tehran’s Mosque, hall 11, no. 5 on 4-10 May 2011 welcomes all lovers of wisdom and philosophy.
