In a part of the Editorial of this
issue we read: “Presently, it is now clearly known that
most of the political and social damages that the
Iranian nation has suffered have been due to the
penetration of a number of irrational and thoughtless
sentimental people in the recognition of the right and
organized approach towards promoting welfare and
glorifying Islam. This has happened because of cultural
poverty, lack of wisdom and rationality, wrong
calculations, and misrecognition of friends from foes
and right from wrong. One of the sorrowful regrets that
Qur’an refers to for dwellers of hell is, “And they will
say, ‘If only we had been listening or reasoning, we
would not be among the companions of the Blaze’” (al-Mulk:
10).
