Nineteenth Edition of the Conference of Commemoration of Mulla Sadra, May 2015
Philosophy and Public Order
10.03.2015
Today, we
can hardly imagine that any human individual is even
capable of staying alive outside the society. On the
other hand, what guarantees the survival of each society
consists of the order, laws, and principles that make
human coexistence possible. In this case, no one will
harm others in order to satisfy their needs and have
their own benefits. Philosophers and philosophy are
committed to explaining the conceptual and affirmative
fundamental principles of other sciences. Therefore,
they consider it necessary to study the rules,
principles and the order dominating various societies as
well as social opportunities and threats. Accordingly,
the Sadra Islamic Philosophy Research Institute intends
to hold the 19th Conference of Commemorating Mulla Sadra
on the theme of “Philosophy and Public Order”.
